Welcome to 2018 everyone!
It’s a new year and the same conversation begins “Where has the time gone, I could have sworn it was just September”. Â I suppose that isn’t different than the ending of any month actually. It just seems a bit more extreme when it’s a new year!
Do you have a resolution all planned out yet?
That’s another conversation we will all be having for the next month until everyone forgets about what they picked after taking, what feels like forever, to decide on the perfect resolution!
I can’t really talk though as I have said many times I was going to successfully fulfill my resolution but every year it’s always the same thing, I fail.
So I have decided not to do a resolution this year and just accomplish what I want to accomplish without labeling it, maybe that will help!! I hope so!!
I have two things that I would like to accomplish in 2018!!
- The first one is: I have started a 365 photo challenge today, every Monday I post a topic and for the next 7 days I take pictures of different perspectives of that topic. I am still trying to figure some things out with it but I hope by the end of the year it turns out to be something I really enjoy and love! Here is the explanation of what I will be doing if you’d like to check it out and here is the first weeks topic Something in your Kitchen. It would be great to see what others perspectives of the weekly topics are too!!
- The second one is: I started doing 2 different exercises. Nothing crazy but I would like to tone and strengthen my core. Of course I found them on Pinterest! One is a 30 day plank challenge (I have never finished any 30 day work out challenges) and the other is similar and is for the lower abdomen area. I would say I should do more than that but I would like see if these even make a difference at all before I add in any other exercises, if that makes sense!
